How do I dispose of the used solution?

Providing the product is adequately diluted and not used excessively (once/twice a year) then it should not cause any problems.

How big is the bag?
The bags are over-sized to accommodate for a wide range of grills and racks. The bag measures 50cm x 66cm (20 inches x 26 inches)

Can I use it on my glass oven door?
Oven Pride can be used on oven doors providing they are made of tempered glass, and that they are a complete unit, i.e. there are no seals of any type.

Can I purchase the bags/solution separately?

What can BBQ Pride be used on?

Is BBQ Pride safe to use on vitreous enamel?
BBQ Pride has been tested and approved by the Vitreous Enamel Association as being suitable for oven and hob cleaning. Soaking time should be restricted to a maximum of 2 hours.

Will it discolour my carpet?
No CARPET PRIDE does not contain any bleaching agents.

Is it safe to use with animals/children?
Yes Carpet Pride is not hazardous. However we recommend that you keep all cleaning products out of the reach of children and animals

Erase Away FAQ's

What can I use ERASE AWAY on?
ERASE AWAY can be used on virtually any surface. However always test an inconspicuous area first to make sure it is suitable for cleaning. ERASE AWAY is not suitable for use on polished, glossed, varnished or dark surfaces.

Where can I buy ERASE AWAY?
ERASE AWAY is available in Wilkinsons and Home Bargains.

My sponge is falling apart after use, is this normal?
Due to the composition of the sponges, they do deteriorate. This depends on the surfaces that ERASE AWAY is used on.

Does ERASE AWAY contain any chemicals?
No ERASE AWAY does not, and should not be used with any other cleaning preparations.

Bugs Away FAQ's

What is Bugs Away?
Bugs Away is a range of anti-bacterial and anti-viral surface cleaners. Bugs Away is suitable for use for use on hard surfaces all around the home.

What formats do they come in?
Bugs Away is currently available in a 500ml trigger spray and as wipes (40 wipes per packet).

When are they available?
It can be purchased from ASDA, Waitrose, J. Sainsbury and Wilkinsons. Bugs Away is available in the shops now. It is a newly launched product and you may have to ask in some stores whether they have available.

Can I buy directly from you?
All of our products are available on the Homepride website.

Can Bugs Away really combat MRSA?
Definitely yes. We have had Bugs Away tested independently for it's effectiveness against Salmonella, E.coli, Listeria and MRSA. The formulation was still showing as 99.99% effective an hour after application.

Is it suitable to use in other places such as a hospital?
Yes Bugs Away is suitable for use on any hard surface and its effectiveness would make it ideal to use outside the home. The wipes in particular would be ideal.

What does anti-viral mean?
This means that it combats viruses such as 'type A' flu virus which we associate with the symptoms of a heavy cold.

Can I use Bugs Away everywhere in my kitchen?
Yes. Bugs Away is safe to use on food preparation areas and as it does not contain bleach so there is no need to rinse. It is also safe to use on high chairs, microwaves, chopping boards, keyboards etc.

How much would I use?
Bugs Away is intended to be used in place of your existing cleaner and anti-bacteria product. Spray the surface to be cleaned and leave to dry for abut 60 seconds.

Is there anything I can't use it on?
Only the normal areas - Don't use the spray on electrical equipment, although the wipes would be ideal. We would not recommend using it on delicate or non colour-fast materials.
